Musnad Ahmad 1153:488

Muhammad ibn Abdullah narrated to us, Kathir ibn Zayd narrated to us, from al-Muttalib ibn Abdullah, from Aisha, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to her: "O Aisha, shield yourself from the Fire, even if with half a date, for it satisfies the hungry person just as it satisfies the full person."
