Hashim narrated to us, Shaiban narrated to us, from al-Ash'ath, who said: Abdullah ibn Ma'qil al-Muharibi narrated to me, saying: I heard Aisha saying: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade making nabidh (a fermented drink) in gourds (al-duba'), green glazed jars (al-hantam), and pitch-coated vessels (al-muzaffat)."
