Musnad Ahmad 1153:50

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) delayed the 'Isha' prayer until 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) called out to him: "The women and children have fallen asleep." So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came out and said: "There is no one among the people of the earth who prays this prayer except you." And at that time, no one was praying it except the people of Medina.
