'Affan narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, Nafi' narrated to me, he said: A freedwoman of Al-Fakih ibn Al-Mughirah Al-Makhzumi narrated to me, she said: I heard 'Aishah saying: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade us from killing the jinn (snakes) that are in the houses, except for the one with two white lines (Al-Dhu al-Tufyatayn) and the short-tailed one (Al-Batrā'). For indeed, they both blind the eyes and kill the children of pregnant women in their wombs. So whoever does not kill them, he is not of us." Husayn narrated them both to us, all from Jarir, with the same meaning and chain of narration.
