Abu al-Yaman narrated to us, he said: Shu'ayb informed us, from al-Zuhri, he said: And 'Urwah ibn al-Zubayr informed me, that 'Aishah, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, informed him: That the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to supplicate in the prayer: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the False Messiah (al-Masih al-Dajjal), and I seek refuge in You from the trial of life and the trial of death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sin and debt." She said: A person said to him: "How often you seek refuge from debt, O Messenger of Allah!" He said: "Indeed, when a man is in debt, he speaks and lies, and he promises and breaks his promise."
