Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I heard Qatadah narrating from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from 'Aishah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "Five are vicious (fawasiq) that may be killed in the state of Ihram and outside of it: the snake, the pied crow, the mouse, the vicious dog, and the kite."
