Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, he said: Shu‘bah narrated to us, and Hajjaj said: Shu‘bah informed us, from Sa‘d ibn Ibrahim, he said: I heard ‘Urwah narrating from ‘Aishah, she said: "I have seen myself in front of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, between him and the Qiblah while he was praying." Sa‘d said: And I think he said: "And she was menstruating." Hajjaj said: Shu‘bah said: It is Sa‘d who was in doubt.
