Musnad Ahmad 1153:657

Muhammad ibn Ubayd narrated to us, he said: Ubaydullah narrated to us, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from Aisha, that Safiyyah menstruated in Mina, and she had already performed the Tawaf al-Ifadah. Aisha said: "O Messenger of Allah, I do not see Safiyyah as anything but one who will detain us." He said: "Why?" I said: "She has menstruated." He said: "Did she not perform the Tawaf al-Ifadah?" I said—and I think she said—: "Yes." (Muhammad ibn Ubayd was in doubt). He said: "Then there is no detention for you, so depart."
