Musnad Ahmad 1153:669

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, he said: Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman al-Ansari, who said: ‘Amrah said to me: "Give me a piece of your land so that I may be buried in it, for I heard ‘Aishah say: 'Breaking the bone of the dead is like breaking the bone of the living.'" Muhammad said: "And a freed slave from the people of Medina used to narrate it from ‘Aishah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him."
