Hadith 1153:69
Sufyan narrated to us, he said: I heard it from al-Zuhri, from ‘Amrah, from ‘Aishah, “That the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to cut [the hand of the thief] for a quarter of a dinar and upwards.”
