Musnad Ahmad 1153:71

Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from ‘Amrah, from ‘Aishah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "I entered Paradise and heard a recitation in it. I said: 'Who is this?' They said: 'Harithah ibn al-Nu‘man. Such is righteousness, such is righteousness.'" And he said once, regarding ‘Aishah: "If Allah wills."
