Musnad Ahmad 1153:72

Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from Aisha: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered upon me while I had screened myself with a curtain containing images. When he saw it, his face changed color—and he said once: his face altered—and he tore it with his hand. He said: "The people who will receive the severest punishment from Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, on the Day of Resurrection are those who imitate the creation of Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, or resemble it." Sufyan said: They are the same.
