Surayj ibn al-Nu‘man narrated to us, he said: Hammad—meaning ibn Zayd—narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from Salim ibn ‘Abdullah, from ‘Aishah, she said: "I applied perfume to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in Mina before he visited the House [the Kaaba]."
