Musnad Ahmad 1153:776

Yahya ibn Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Ibn Lahi'ah informed us, from Khalid ibn Abi 'Imran, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from 'Aishah, she said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, will the beloved remember their beloved on the Day of Resurrection?" He said: "O 'Aishah, as for at three [times], then no. As for at the Scale, until it is weighed heavy or light, then no. And as for when the records fly, so either he is given [it] in his right hand or he is given [it] in his left hand, then no. And when a neck [of fire] emerges from the Fire, folding itself upon them, raging against them, and that neck says: 'I have been entrusted with three, I have been entrusted with three, I have been entrusted with three: I have been entrusted with whoever claimed another god alongside Allah, and I have been entrusted with whoever does not believe in the Day of Reckoning, and I have been entrusted with every obstinate tyrant.'" He said: "Then it folds upon them and throws them into the depths. And for Hell, there is a bridge thinner than a hair and sharper than a sword, upon it are hooks and thorns, taking whomsoever Allah wills. And the people upon it are like the blinking of an eye, and like lightning, and like the wind, and like the finest horses and riders. And the angels say: 'Lord, grant safety; Lord, grant safety.' So there is the saved one who is safe, and the one who is scratched and then saved, and the one who is tumbled into the Fire upon his face."
