Yahya ibn Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Mahzam narrated to us, he said: Karima bint Hammam narrated to me, she said: I entered the Sacred Mosque, and they had cleared it for Aisha. A woman asked her, "What do you say, O Mother of the Believers, regarding henna?" She said: "My beloved, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to like its color, but he disliked its scent. It is not forbidden for you between every two menstrual cycles, or at every menstrual cycle."
