Musnad Ahmad 1153:910

'Affan narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us, he said: Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'A'ishah, she said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, during his illness in which he passed away, used to blow upon himself, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, with the *Mu'awwidhat* (the chapters of seeking refuge). When he became too weak for that, I began to blow upon him with them, and he would wipe [his body] with his own hand."
