'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Sufyan informed us, from Mansur, from Abu al-Duha, from Masruq, he said: 'Aishah said: "When Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, revealed the verses—the verses of usury from the end of Surat al-Baqarah—the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood up and recited them to us, then he forbade trade in alcohol."
