Musnad Ahmad 1153:97

Sufyan narrated to us, Ibn al-Munkadir informed us, he said: Urwah ibn al-Zubayr informed me that Aisha informed him that a man asked for permission to enter upon the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He said: "Give him permission, for he is the worst of the clan's son," or "the worst of the clan's brother." And he said once: "A man." When he entered upon him, he spoke softly to him. When he left, Aisha said: I said to him what you said, then you spoke softly to him. He said: "O Aisha, the worst of people in status before Allah on the Day of Resurrection is the one whom the people avoid, or whom the people leave alone, out of fear of his obscenity."
