Hadith 1153:978
'Affan narrated to us, he said: Wuhayb narrated to us, he said: Khalid al-Hadhdha' narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn 'Abbad, from 'Aishah, she said: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying in a rak'ah of the night prayer: "There is no god but You."
