Sa'id ibn Mansur narrated to us, he said: Fulayh ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Salih ibn 'Ajlan and Muhammad ibn 'Abbad ibn 'Abdullah, from 'Abbad ibn 'Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr, that 'Aisha ordered that the funeral of Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas be passed by her in the mosque. It reached her that something was said regarding that, so she said: "How quick the people are to speak! By Allah, the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) did not pray over Suhayl ibn Bayda' except in the mosque."
