Musnad Ahmad 2:132

Abu Amir Abd al-Malik ibn Amr narrated to us, he said: Hisham—meaning Ibn Sa’d—narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from his father, who said: I heard Umar saying: If I live until this coming year, I will not have a village opened for the people except that I will divide it among them just as the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, divided Khaybar.
