Musnad Ahmad 2:150

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, Hisham informed us, from his father, from ‘Asim, from ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "When the night approaches, and the day departs, and the sun sets, then [the fasting person] has broken his fast."
