Musnad Ahmad 2:187

'Affan narrated to us, Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, Thabit narrated to us, from Anas: That when Hafsa wailed over 'Umar bin al-Khattab, he said: "O Hafsa, have you not heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: 'The one who is wailed over is punished'?" He said: And Suhayb wailed, so 'Umar said: "O Suhayb, have you not known that the one who is wailed over is punished?"
