Musnad Ahmad 2:23

Ubaydah ibn Humayd narrated to us, from Dawud ibn Abi Hind, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa’id, who said: Umar addressed the people and said: "Indeed, Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, permitted for His Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, whatever He willed. And indeed, the Prophet of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, has passed on to his path. So, complete the Hajj and the Umrah as Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, has commanded you, and guard the chastity of these women."
