Musnad Ahmad 2:251

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Malik ibn Aws ibn al-Hadathan, who said: 'Umar sent for me... and he mentioned the hadith. I said to both of you: Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "We are not inherited from; whatever we leave behind is charity."
