Musnad Ahmad 2:254

Sufyan narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from al-Zuhri, from Malik ibn Aws, from ‘Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "We are not inherited from; whatever we leave behind is charity."
