Musnad Ahmad 2:67

Hassan narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb narrated to us, from his father, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, who said: 'Umar ibn al-Khattab said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "Retaliation (qisas) is not to be taken for a child from his father."
