'Abdullah narrated to us, Suwayd narrated to us, Ibrahim bin Sa'd narrated to us, my father narrated to me, from his father, who said: 'Uthman said: "If you find in the Book of Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, that you should put my feet in shackles, then put them in them."
