Musnad Ahmad 3:68

'Affan narrated to us, 'Abd al-Warith narrated to us, Ayyub ibn Musa narrated to us, from Nabih ibn Wahb: That 'Umar ibn 'Ubayd Allah wanted to marry off his son while he was in the state of ihram, so Aban forbade him. He claimed that 'Uthman narrated from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "The one in the state of ihram does not marry, nor does he give in marriage."
