Musnad 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib
وَمِنْ مُسْنَدِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
Hadith 5:112
Hasan because of corroborating evidence; this is a Da'if isnad] (Darussalam)
It was narrated from `Ali (رضي الله عنه) that A slave woman of theirs committed zina and became pregnant `Ali went to the Prophet (ﷺ) and told him. He said:
`Leave her until she gives birth, then flog her.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الْأَعْلَى، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ أَمَةً، لَهُمْ زَنَتْ فَحَمَلَتْ فَأَتَى عَلِيٌّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ دَعْهَا حَتَّى تَلِدَ أَوْ تَضَعَ ثُمَّ اجْلِدْهَا
