وَمِنْ مُسْنَدِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ

It was narrated that Shuraih bin Hani’ said:
‘Ali told me to wipe over the khuff (leather slippers).
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُخَيْمِرَةَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، قَالَ أَمَرَنِي عَلِيٌّ أَنْ أَمْسَحَ، عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ
