Musnad 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib
وَمِنْ مُسْنَدِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
Hadith 5:471
Da'if (Darussalam) because of the weakness of Yoonus bin Khabbab] (Darussalam)
It was narrated that ‘Abd Khair said:
I heard ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) say: The best of this ummah after its Prophet is Abu Bakr, then ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا شِهَابُ بْنُ خِرَاشٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ خَبَّابٍ، عَنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ خَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ خَيْرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ إِنَّ خَيْرَ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ بَعْدَ نَبِيِّهَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثُمَّ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا
