Hadith 4:13

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "If someone leaves his seat (for one reason or another) and returns to it, he is better entitled to it." [Muslim] .

وعن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "إذا قام أحدكم من مجلس، ثم رجع إليه، فهو أحق به" ((رواه مسلم))
