Surah Yunus 10:47
ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ ﲄ ﲅ ﲆ ﲇ ﲈ ﲉ ﲊ ﲋ
And for every nation is a messenger. So when their messenger comes, it will be judged between them in justice, and they will not be wronged

{And for every nation (on the Day of Resurrection) there is a messenger (to whom they are attributed and by whom they are called). So when their messenger comes (to the station of judgment to testify against them regarding disbelief and faith), it will be judged between them (i.e., after he testifies) with justice (with equity, and it will be decreed that the believers are saved and the disbelievers are punished), and they will not be wronged} [47], not at all.
It has been said that the sentence is a conclusion to what preceded it, confirming it. It has also been said that it is in the position of a circumstantial qualifier (hal), meaning that the absence of their being wronged is continuous. Similar to this verse in this interpretation is His saying, may He be glorified: "And the prophets and the witnesses will be brought, and it will be judged between them."
Alternatively, for every nation among the past nations, there is a messenger sent to them with a law necessitated by wisdom to call them to the truth. So, when their messenger comes and conveys the message to them and calls them, and they deny him and oppose him, it will be judged between them—that is, between every nation and its messenger—with justice, and it will be decreed that the messenger and those who believed in him are saved, and that those who denied him are destroyed.
The first interpretation is what Ibn Jarir and others narrated from Mujahid; the future tense in it is kept upon its literal meaning, and it does not require an estimation [of omitted words] as was required in the second interpretation. The first has been preferred by the saying of Allah, the Exalted:
