Tafsir
Verse range: 10:95
"And do not be of those who denied the signs of Allah" — meaning, any part of them — "and so be" — by doing so — "among the losers," in terms of their souls and their deeds. The use of the expression "the losers" is more effective in warning than the expression "the disbelievers." The purpose of the prohibition in both places is to incite and inflame, similar to what has preceded. The intent behind this is to make it known that doubt and denial have reached such a degree of ugliness and blameworthiness that even one who is incapable of being characterized by them should be forbidden from them, so how much more so for one who is capable of being characterized by them? In this, there is also a severing of the hopes of the disbelievers.
