Tafsir of Hud 11:122

(And wait; indeed, we are waiting)

(And wait) for calamities to befall us, (indeed, we are waiting) for that which will befall you, similar to what befell your counterparts among the disbelievers. The imperative form in both instances is for the purpose of threat and intimidation. These two verses are muhkamat (firmly established and not abrogated).

It has been said: The meaning is a cessation of hostilities, and thus they are abrogated.
