Surah Al-Hijr 15:76

ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ

And indeed, those cities are [situated] on an established road.

Al-Hijr: 76 **(And it is upon a persisting path)**

(And it is) i.e., the destroyed city, and it is said the villages, (upon a persisting path), meaning a fixed path which people traverse and see its ruins. It is said: The pronoun refers to the signs. It is said: To the stones. It is said: To the scream; meaning, the scream is in ambush for whoever does the likes of their deeds, due to His saying, the Exalted: (And it is not far from the wrongdoers). And "persisting" (muqim) is said to mean "known," and it is also said to mean "continuously traversed."
