Al-Kahf: (100) And We displayed Hell that Day...

(And We displayed Hell) meaning: We manifested it and brought it forth. (That Day) meaning: the day when We gathered all of creation, (to the disbelievers) among them, as We made it such that they see it and hear it having rage and roaring, (a display) meaning: a horrific, immense display the extent of which cannot be measured. The specification of the display to them—even though it is in the sight of all those gathered—is because it is specifically for their sake.
