Tafsir of Al-Baqarah 2:153

(O you who believe, seek help through patience) in remembering, offering gratitude, and all other acts of obedience, such as fasting, striving (jihad), and disregarding the criticism of obstinate opponents regarding the matter of the Qibla, (and prayer) which is the foundation and the means for perfect nearness to Him, the Exalted. (Indeed, Allah is with the patient ones) with a special accompaniment of assistance and victory. He did not say "with the observers of prayer," because if He is with the patient, He is with the observers of prayer by priority, due to the fact that prayer encompasses patience.
