ﳀ ﳁ ﳂ ﳃ ﳄ ﳅ
And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful.

Al-Mu'minun: (102) "Then those whose scales are heavy..."
(Then those whose scales are heavy) meaning the weighed items of their good deeds, comprising beliefs and actions. It is also permissible that "scales" (al-mawazin) is the plural of "scale" (mizan), and the explanation for its pluralization has already passed.
The meaning, according to this, is: "Those whose scales are heavy with good deeds, (then it is they who are the successful ones)."
(The successful ones) who attain every desired objective and are saved from every feared outcome.
