Verse range: 24:18
"And Allah makes clear to you the verses" (meaning: He sends them down clarified, with manifest indication of their meanings and what is intended by them—specifically the verses indicating the laws and the merits of the etiquette of the Muslims’ dealings. The manifestation of the Majestic Name [Allah] in the place of a pronoun is to magnify the status of the clarification).
"And Allah is All-Knowing" (of the states of all His creation, their significant and their subtle matters) "All-Wise" (in all His actions. How, then, is it possible for there to be any truth in what was said regarding the sanctity of the one whom He chose for His message and sent to all of creation to guide them to the Truth, to purify them, and to cleanse them thoroughly? The manifestation of the Majestic Name here is to emphasize the independence of the concluding parenthetical remark and to indicate that Divinity is the cause of Knowledge and Wisdom).
