Tafsir of Al-Furqan 25:51

"And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner,"

A prophet to warn its inhabitants, so that the burdens of prophethood might be lightened for you. However, We did not will that, and We have confined the matter to you, in honor and exaltation of you.
