Tafsir of Ash-Shu`ara' 26:109

{And I do not ask of you for it}—that is, for what I have undertaken of calling [to the truth] and giving counsel—{any reward}—meaning I do not seek from you any reward for that at all, neither wealth nor anything else. {My reward}—regarding what I have taken upon myself—{is only from the Lord of the worlds.} It is He, Glorified be He, who will reward me for it out of His grace, and no one else.
