ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ ﳊ ﳋ
And fear He who provided you with that which you know,

And fear Him who has supplied you with what you know.
Meaning: with what you recognize of blessings. "Ma" (what) is a relative pronoun, and the pronominal referent is omitted. "Al-'ilm" (knowing/knowledge) is used here in the sense of "al-ma'rifah" (recognition/acquaintance).
