Surah Ash-Shu`ara' 26:211
ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ ﱝ ﱞ
It is not allowable for them, nor would they be able.

Ash-Shu'ara: (211) And it is not befitting for them...
(And it is not befitting for them) that is, it is not correct nor is it consistent for them [to do] that.
(And they are not able) that is, they have no capacity for that at all.
