Tafsir of An-Naml 27:77

And it is indeed a guidance and a mercy for the believers: [This is] absolute, and thus those who believed from the Children of Israel are included in it primarily. Restricting the "believers" to them [only], as some have done, is contrary to the apparent meaning. The believers are specifically mentioned, even though it is a mercy to the worlds, because they are the ones who benefit from it.
