Tafsir of As-Saffat 37:124

(When he said to his people—and they were, according to the well-known view regarding Elias, a tribe from the Children of Israel whom Joshua settled in the city known today as Baalbek when he conquered the Levant. Some have claimed that it was originally called Bakkah, and it is said [it was called] Bakk without the letter 'ha,' then it was named what it is known as by way of blend composition—and "when" (idh), in the view of many, functions as the object of an implied "remember," meaning: remember the time of his saying to his people):

(Do you not fear [the punishment of Allah the Exalted and His retribution by complying with His commands and avoiding His prohibitions?])
