ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ
What is [wrong] with you? How do you make judgement?

(What is the matter with you? How do you judge?)
By this judgment, the falsehood of which is dictated by the intuition of the intellects. The shift [in address] is for the sake of increasing the rebuke.
