Surah As-Saffat 37:171



ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ ﲡ ﲢ

And Our word has already preceded for Our servants, the messengers,

As-Saffat: (171) And Our word has already preceded...

(And Our word has already preceded for Our messengers, the servants [of Allah])

This is an initiation [of a statement] confirming the threat, prefaced with an oath for the sake of emphasizing the realization of its content. That is: By Allah, Our promise to them of support and victory has already preceded, which is His saying—Exalted is He—:
