Surah As-Saffat 37:33
ﱷ ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ ﱻ
So indeed they, that Day, will be sharing in the punishment.

33 (For they, on that day, are partners in the punishment.)
"For they" refers to the two disputing parties, and the speech is a corollary to what has been explained of their state.
"On that day" means the day when they dispute, and what is meant by it is the Day of Resurrection.
"In the punishment are partners" just as they were partners in misguidance. It is apparent that the misguiders suffer a more severe punishment, for that corresponds to their own burdens and the burdens of those like them. Thus, partnership does not necessitate equality.
